🏆 In this video, I hop on my soapbox 🧼 and talk about taking responsibility for your life. If you are anything like the old me, you made excuses for every big change in your life. So you go back to living the same comfy cozy mediocre life 💤… yet you are still complaining about it. Yep, I used to do that too. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Not because I wanted to but because I thought that’s how life just is.

When I realized my power is in my mind 🧠 and I have the ability to make the decision to either run away or go towards the life I wanted to live. My life changed forever. I talk a little more about this in the video.

I also discuss what I call my key 🔑 to success. There isn’t a straight formula but more of an umbrella ☂️ concept. Discipline. Discipline to make a decision and follow through until the end. That’s it. That’s my secret but it’s not really a secret. It’s plain old hard work and visualizing the goals instead of focusing on the details. If you don’t have discipline in your life, you need to create it by developing confidence in yourself. I talk more about this at the end of the video.
