How to respond to life’s challenges with a more positive mindset

I believe there are two types of prisons – one with four cement walls and the other you carry with you. Every person experiences challenges and suffering in one way or another.

There are many things in life we can’t control such as a car accident, death, some health issues, the wifi dropping during an important video conference. But there are things we can control, and this is what I talk about in this video. I discuss my approach to life’s ups and downs. And how accepting that the lows are just as much of a part of life as the highs, and how I keep a positive mindset.

I’d love to hear from you – What challenges have you been through in your life, when you were in that moment you thought you would never get out. But now looking back you can see something positive from it?

Hello there! My name is Glenda Hoon Russell and I am the owner/author of The Status Foe. The status quo distracts us from being who we truly are and I am here to challenge that. I help 30-something women find their path back to themselves through building self-awareness, self-worth, and self-acceptance so they can create a life they love.
